Updating entire Brickowl inventory with revised complete inventory from Bricklink via Brickstock

Have yet to set synchronising the two sites using Bricksync. In the meantime would like to update my Brickowl inventory using a complete download of my (revised after orders taken out) Bricklink inventory via Brickstock. Which route into updating the Brickowl inventory should I take please?
