BrickSync Update

I've noticed for a while that BrickSync hasn't been maintained or updated. First of all, do people still use this program or is there a better alternative I should be switching to? Secondly is there a command I can enter to teach the program some of the newer colors like coral which haven't been able to be integrated since the program stopped being updated?

There have been some colour updates put in place by a few very clever & generous people on this forum, but your right, BrickSync is no longer receiving active development & support from its creator so it will likely end up unusable at some point (happy to be put wrong on this point though).

I'm pretty sure there is some info and probably a link to an updated version (with Coral and some other colours) on the thread linked below....
