Can someone check and see if my shipping to norway is working .

I have a buyer from Norway who is unable to check out or request a quote , can someone check my shipping methods as they look fine to me . thx jon

    Taking a look at that specific customers cart, it appears that they are ordering a large amount of instructions, which probably don't have dimensions, and so your shipping method won't work as they appear to all have dimensions limits. The best thing to do would be to go to your store dashboard, and you will see a link to items that are missing dimensions. If you enter the dimensions, your shipping methods should then work much more effectively. It looks like request a quote is also now an option for them.

    But in that case 'Request a quote' should still work right?
