I noticed in chat that I am listed as being in the wrong state. Where do I fix this?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to do that, it is a separate system that I don't have control over. It is a guess based on your IP address.

At least the state is in the same time zone. But if it's based off of my IP, I wonder if my provider is based across the river?
