Order Icon - Priority

Please consider adding another icon to the orders list to denote Priority or expedited shipping. Maybe a "!" symbol. Will probably require a flag added to shipping methods to allow sellers to differentiate methods as priority vs regular shipping.

    There is now a checkbox on the shipping method edit screen to indicate a shipping method is expedited. This will add an icon on the list of orders. This will probably get used for other things later on also.
