Performance Data - Orders being held

I apologize if it was posted somewhere as to what the beta performance data would be used for, but especially if it will eventually be shown to buyers on the storefront, I would like to propose that orders that there be some kind of "Hold" status if a buyer requests that their order not be shipped right away. For example, I have a buyer who placed 3 orders (1 main order, and 2 additions), and I have everything packed and ready to go but will be holding the orders open as they may need to add more this evening/tomorrow. I commonly hold orders open for buyers as required when I know they want to add more, but there was no metric before about the despatch time.

If the "Processed" state counts as completed for the metric, then it's a non-issue, but I'm assuming only the Shipped status counts and then these orders on hold would count against it. If a new "Hold" state is created, we would also need to make sure that it works with the order combination setup (I currently allow additions to any state except Shipped because I don't seal the package until it's shipped).
