Problem with checkout?

I have a buyer who is having an issue checking out. They are telling me there is not button on the cart page to proceed to checkout?

I know I had a few orders today so just wondering if there was a current site issue? I tried to replicate it but I see a checkout button on the store I was testing. I haven't changed any store settings or I would start there.

Not sure what the issue was but it went through!
