BrickStock Upload Error

I am trying to upload new inventory to add to my exsisting inventory through BrickStock. I am contually getting an error message that states one row with issues. When I click on View Details - it shows Error-1 : Error Interpreting XML... Any one have any pointers for me? Thanks in Advance!
