Unresponsive store

I am relatively new to Brick Owl. The vast majority of the sellers I have used are prompt and communicate effectively. A recent order though seems to be in a black hole. No response in 9 days, status is just "processing". Most of my other orders are processed, packed, and received within a week, usually much less. What is the protocol to resolve if the seller will not respond to messages.

  • The best thing to do would be to contact the store, if they do not respond in a reasonable timeframe, you can report an issue from the other actions drop down on the order screen. Sometimes sellers can just take a few days to respond.
