Problem sellers

I had a buyer make a PayPal claim for an order that is in transit. I'm sure it will arrive but is delayed as are all shipments.

On the order there is now BO has placed a warning at the top that this buyer has initiated several chargebacks, and should not be sent without full tracking. (Too late for me it was sent untracked)

Great feature I'm glad to see it.

Is this done automatically by linking to paypal or does it rely on sellers reporting the chargeback? Up to now I didnt even know that sellers could report this, it is under "other actions"
