Primo vs Duplo->Primo

Not sure if its been discussed before or not, but is there a reason that there is a Primo category as well as a Duplo sub-category for Primo? Should they really all be under just the Primo category and remove the Duplo sub category completely?

Some Primo sets were marketed as Duplo, some as Baby and I think even a couple under the Explore brand, before Primo became a brand in itself.
