Clicking on an order is failing

When I click on a order that's listing in my Outstanding Orders page I am getting this error:

The quote could not be found, this can happen if the customer has deleted their cart

Same. I have tried logging out and and coming back in to no avail.

I do apologise, that shouldn't have happened, that's been fixed.

Not fixed yet. I'm now getting a 404 and this message:
