I sometimes receive customer messages in a language I can't communicate in. What I do in this scenario is translate it with Google Translate, try to make sense of the often broken translation, and reply in English. Then it's up to the customer to do the same.
This situation is obviously not ideal.
I understand the need to include as many people as possible, and allowing users to change the website language is a part of it. But if the customer and the store can't communicate properly we have a problem.
So I'd like to have a way to somehow lock down the store language to be only English. So that it's obvious to the user that they need to be able to interact in English when making a purchase in my store. I think this could prevent all kinds of communication mishaps.

We would not be interested in implementing the option to prevent non-English speakers from purchasing in stores, but you can always edit the countries of your shipping methods.
