We have mostly 2 shipping options: Standard (without tracking) or Standard with Tracking.
Most of the times we use our country postal system to send the tracked parcels, but sometimes another company.
As you select the shipping carrier in each shipping method when we enter the tracking to an order it gets a link to the carrier we selected in the settings, but when we use another carrier due circumstances manually message the buyer with the correct tracking link.
Due the Covid-19 we are using a lot of different carries for our tracked orders.
So my suggestion is to add a Carrier selecting drop-down menu option inside the window that pops when selecting add tracking.
By default it should have the Carrier selected in the shipping method settings, but we should be able to change that for an order.
What do you think?
