using a coupon
I just received an order from a person who I have given a user specific coupon for a percentage off.
Is the coupon supposed to be automatic or is there something the buyer has to do to actually take advantage of the coupon?
I am asking because a buyer did not use the coupon I have given them when they placed an order.
