Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to delete my account as well as cancel my order since the store I wanted to buy from has not given me an answer on canceling my order.
It looks like the store has since responded to your query. If after cancelling your order, you wish to delete your account. The best thing to do is contact us from the link at the bottom of the page.
So you became a member some 11 hours ago, made an order, want to cancel and expect an answer within (at most, probably less) 4 hours of that. I think you have to realize that not everyone is online every hour of every day and I think that your expectation has to be adjusted
