How many hits can you make in BL and BO API ???

Just curious to know how many times can you hit the servers with requests and updates before they will block your API account?
I saw someone else post about betting blocking from BL's API for hammering the server too often. Just want to make sure that doesn't happen.

If you take a look at the top of the API documentation for Brick Owl we state the maximum request rate there
