Royal Mail price increase

I have always posted first class, but with the over-inflation price rises from the last two years - nearly 10% this year; I'm starting to question this.

What's your preference (as a buyer or seller) ?

@White Horse Bricks We always post 2nd class now. We used to post 1st but it became too expensive.

Not had any complaints about speed of delivery either.

Most second class takes only a day longer, but if they get a lot of what's called walk sort, bulk mail usually from govt, second mail can take a while. Tax months in January and July see a lot of walk sort.

Most customers request 2nd class with occasional 1st class - quite oftern I find customers are leaving feedback when they receive their order 2 days later!!
