Admin: Please disclose the emails sent by system and make it editable

As a seller when I change the order status, I have no idea of the text that is being mailed to the buyer.
When I add a tracking number at any moment in the order process, I do not know what Brick Owl is doing with this information. Are they sending a mail to the buyer with a clickable link to the buyer with the tracking number?? And if so, how could they know since this information is different for every country?
Please @Lawrence: disclose how you are handling this and add the possibility to customize or personalize the emails that are sent by BO for every step in he order process, from pending to shipped.

  • Probably the best thing to do would be to make an order in your own store, you can then see the order confirmation and shipment emails. The tracking is included in the shipment email if you add it prior to marking the order as shipped.
