We just added several sets that have been discounted due to the box being damaged. These sets will not ship with the box. All bags are sealed and any loose parts have been placed in a resealable bag.

I can't speak for the store at all obviously, but I assume they would use the category new/complete instead of new/sealed in this instance, which would make your filtering easier in their store (if they listed that way)!
