Coupon Link or Symbol

In the order view, could a link be added or a symbol indicating whether or not the buyer has a coupon? Clicking on it would be awesome, but even an indication that an active coupon exists would be nice.

    We buy more than sell, and in the end, have been confounded on a buy option on a cart that there is a coupon- is it for the current order or will it apply to a future order.?.?. It would be so nice to have an "outstanding coupon" come up when we log in and start to buy from a cart or wishlist.
    Separately, having issued coupons to buyers in the past, it is not easy to determine who we have issued coupons to already. Some icon and some pop-ups would be so appreciated! :) Know we can go to "Coupons" to view the list but really more concerned as a buyer than seller.
