Import to BrickOwl from Bricklink and Rebrickable

Sorry if this has been addressed before (searched and did not find).
(1) I have tons of wishlists in BL that I intend to import into BO, because I am leaving BL. Is this possible?
(2) I have all my huge inventory of sets and parts in Rebrickable. To make all things in one place, I am trying to import all into BO. Is this possible?

    If you can convert them to .bsx format then you have a good chance. I'm no longer familiar with BL or Rebrickable but I seem to remember it's possible on both.
