Create New Item - Cropping Alternate Picture is not working

Hello Lawrence,
the cropping function for the altenrative picture on the "create new item" is not shown. It shows only the filename after upload.

I believe I wasn't able to get this to function on the item creation form, so you can just submit it as is and I can crop it afterwards from the submission page
