DD Bricks of Thailand

I have raised an issue regarding this store making unsubstantiated and abusive claims against me. I am sure they deny it, but I have the messages stored. They claim I tried to blackmail them and this is completely false. Had anyone else had issues with this store?
Has anyone had issues with brickowl not addressing such an issue?

Maybe this won't help but all my dealings with DD Bricks elsewhere were very good and communication with Richard always great.

Did you try to contact Lawrence directly? Maybe he having access to the messages could help you both.

I tried resolving it with Richard and as he was just rude, I contacted Lawrence.

Mel, I'm sure Lawrence will resolve this in a fair manner, he has always been very objective and fair-minded IMHO... :-)

No I am afraid he has been not just unfair but abusive with an unfounded accusation. It's best to avoid DD Bricks.

Oh ok, well Lawrence says my comments have been noted but given the accusations from DD Bricks I require an apology from them and this has not been forthcoming yet.

Just a note from me, that I have not had any issues with Thailand DD Bricks...

I've put in 5 larges orders from DD Bricks, some errors as expected, all fixed by them. I will buy from them again.

It is good to hear DD Bricks is mustering support, this does not however in any way excuse his behaviour
