Not sure whether it is or just customer choice, but I've had two or three orders in the last few days with coupons not having been applied by customers.
Does anyone know if this is an automatic or the customer can choose?
I believe it's a choice during the checkout process. Maybe they are waiting to use it against a future larger value order rather than a small value one.
They need to choose, and I think you need to view cart and apply it there. If you go straight to checkout then I don't think the option shows up for the buyers.
