I've put something on reserve for a buyer, but where will they see that info?

I think what that means is that only that named buyer can see that listing in your store, i.e., if I went there it wouldn't even display for me. You'd probably have to send them the direct link to that item in your store if you want to make it super easy for them. I may be wrong, of course, I've only used this once. :-)
