BrickOwl/BrickLink protecting store names?
Hi, I am wondering about new people using current stores names from BrickLink and using them here on BrickOwl? Regarding to protecting 'original owners' trademark or store names.
For example: (made up info.)
BrickOwl store name : BrickOwl
Store owner: Mr. James
Country: USA
BrickLink store name : BrickOwl
Store owner: Mr. Ijames
Country: UK
I already notice store names on here BrickOwl with the same name from BrickLink, but run or own by different owners. Is there a way to be sure the same person/business get his/her same store name on here BrickOwl? Thank you.

If the member has their feedback boosted, then they almost certainly the correct owner.
Over time, if people do create stores with the same name of stores on other sites with the intention of tricking people, if the real owner comes forward, we will deal with the situation appropriately.
