Lego Core Magnetizier Piece Query

Hi guys, I am trying to figure out the name and/or number of a piece from the Lego MTron Core Magnetizier. The piece in question is from Step 19 substep 5. It is the black 2 x 4 x 2 piece that has the gear rack and axel going through it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
