Flat dark gold

Hi all - hope you had a great Christmas

My question is does Flat dark gold exist? I have a few items here goblets etc which are much darker than pearl gold but I seem to remember reading on here (or maybe I dreamt it) that this colour doesnt actually exist and that it is just different shadings. Any comments please?

Yes, used primarily in Bionicle but also sparingly in a handful of other themes.

I should add, a lot of the parts listed as Flat Dark Gold are actually just Pearl Gold listed incorrectly. PG has a few noticeably different shades but are all considered the same colour by Lego. FDG is considered, by Lego, to be distinct.

@Hoddie Ah right thank you. I don't think my parts are as dark as that tbh. I think they are just a darker shade on Pearl gold!!

Yep mostly Bionicle. But pearl gold comes in two (well three really) shades, light and dark. To the point that I list certain elements as two seperate lots, lighter and darker shades as they are so different (i.e. 1x1 round plates for example).
