red crystal heartfor minifiga

I saw a German video of the opera Aida in Legos and the minifigs had a crystal heart they carried. There is a blue one in the Fozen 2 set. Anyone have info on the red one? https://www.br-klassik.de/video/lego-video-oper-animation-aida-verdi-video-100.html

I've checked the video (screenshot attached) and yes, Hoddie is right. The part in question is "Heart with Bar"
