@Lawrence and fellow BOers! Would like to respectfully suggest adding an additional analytic to seller dashboards:
"Top Customers".
This could display as (with sortable columns similar to our other analytics, constrained by selected duration similar to other analytics, e.g,. past 30 days, lifetime):
UserName | First Name/Last Name | # Orders | Total Sales ($$) | Total Lots | Total Items | Top Category (e.g., standard plates, modified bricks)
Or some such... right now, I personally do some Excel gymnastics offline to elicit this information, as I'm thinking of repeating last year's physical mailer to my top repeat customers (a winter greeting's card and a discount coupon). From a restock POV, the top category field coupled with the regular category sales analytics can really help with prioritizing adding new lots when coupled with repeat customer information.
Please upvote if you find some form of this useful (or respectfully beat it up if it's an awful idea, I'm good with that too! <g>). :-)
Also, of course, no idea if this is programmatically challenging, etc., so if it's a nightmare I cheerfully withdraw the thought for consideration.
