Free Shipping to A.P.O. addresses- how to do this?

Looking through the possibilities, can only find that, maybe, adding a payment instruction, along with Home Page note or top Tag Line, for buyers with A.P.O. addresses to message a store for a coupon that allows free shipping. Something else out there that maybe we are not seeing?
United States as a shipping destination is not currently broken down to delineate A.P.O or F.P.O.

    I suggested some time ago ZIP range for shipping methods, but unfortunate for me it was only enabled for USPS... Why not for all? @Lawrence

    Do APO addresses have a ZIP range only for them? If so you could make this work in the shipping settings.

    @Stellar there seems to be a long link about APO addresses and no clear search at USPS.com for breaking a zip range out. Would be great if just were part of the 9 zone breakdown but we just can't seem to find enough information.
    Remember seeing a store here that offered free shipping to APO boxes and hoping they will weigh in...

    ...and why posted in Suggestions, there may be more breakdowns for shipping destination options than currently available.
