Help with BrickStock "Could not Parse the XML Data..."

I'm trying to download my store to brickstock and I'm getting the Error Message: "Could not Parse the XML data for the store inventory: Line 1, column 3: Error occurred while parsing element"

I've tried updating the database. Any other ideas?

    BO doesn't allow you to download your inventory in a format that's compatible with BrickStock. There is a way around this using owl2bsx (search the forum for it), but it will skip any item it doesn't know how to convert - it produces a txt file containing all skipped items so you can add them manually if you choose.

    Actually I was trying to bring it in from bricklink since I sell on both platforms. But people here seem more knowledgeable about brickstock & bricksync.

    Then you only need BrickSync.

    @Pretty_Pieces make sure your password is correctly set in Brickstock. It's the most common problem. And make sure your Brickstock database is up to date, should give other errors and not this one, but you never know.
