How to add pieces to an order

Can anyone give me instructions on how to add pieces to an order you have already placed? I’ve had several customers ask me but I don’t know.

https://www.brickowl.com/mystore/settings/order_settings enable order combining on that page. Buyers can then choose to combine shipping when they place an order in your store. They'll still have two separate order numbers, but shipping cost will be calculated as if it is one order.

You can add an order combining fee to cover the extra Paypal fees for getting multiple payments. And you can also set at what order status you'll no longer allow combining. I've set that to processed because at that stage the order is all packed and ready to be shipped.
