Shop Not responding

Hi there,

Can somebody tell me what to do?
I made an order and payment for 45 EURO on the 14th october to a certain shop.
Until then beside 2 messages received from the shop owner after sending multiple reminders about the order nothing anymore.
I've send another message last week and no reply at all.
And now it even seems the shop is closed.

Is there anyway i can get at least my money back?

Any help is welcome.

I had the same problem. Possibly with the same seller as the symptoms sound identical. I eventually got a refund from Paypal.
