Discount coupons

I have a discount coupon, kindly issued by Richard bricks. When I try to redeem it I have a message that gives me the option of none of use for another purchase. Neither option allows me to use the coupon. This has only happened with the Richard bricks coupon, other coupons have a option to apply it. Richard bricks have been very helpful and issued a new coupon, but I still get the same issue. Does anyone know how to resolve the issue please?

It looks like the coupons have been named "another purchase", you should just be able to select one of those, and then continue to checkout

Ok many thanks. Very confusing, another purchase would normally mean you don't want to use it on this occasion but save it for another. I will give it a go.

to me another purchase would mean the one after the last purchase not had any problems with other coupons
