BO Freezing

Morning all. Ia anyone experiencing any problems with BO please. For some reason it keeps on freezing. I mainly use this laptop for BO but it freezes randomly and very often which is so annoying. The lap top is less than a year old so just wanted to check if anyone having problems before I decide to take it back or not. Thanks

Thanks I am using Internet Explorer or so my daughter tells me I am not much of a tech head at all. I really think its my laptop

Or put in the microwave oven and select Defrost

Tried that Brick- Cat just keeps on happening.

I have intermittent issues with Safari - sometimes I click on various things and the page doesn't go anywhere. Jumping to Firefox allows me to continue while Safari sorts itself out. Nothing specifically today, though.

My son has just reinstalled Windows so I am hoping this has sorted it out. If not back to shop it goes
