New german law "§22f UStG"
Dear Lawrence, dear german BOwler,
from October 1st 2019 on, we are forced to send any selling plattform the so called:
"Bescheinigung über die Erfassung als Steuerpflichtiger (Unternehmer)
in Sinne von §22f Abs. 1 Satz 2 UStG"
This law should protect the german state against sellers which are not paying any tax in germany.
Maybe you could generate an upload method to support the german sellers and protect yourself against german lawsuits.
As soon as I get my certificate and will send it to you, so you will get an example how it looks like.
