How to view customers?

So I'm going to start giving out coupons to repeat customers. I want to go back and give all our current repeat customers coupons. Is there a way to view all previous customers, and organize them by amount of orders placed? If I go to the orders page, I can sort all the orders by customer name, but they all are still slightly messed up. For example, all the orders from Andrews are all mixed together regardless of last name so it's hard to tell which Andrews need coupons and which ones don't.

Personally, I would download the orders into excel and then sum each username based on number of orders. I don't think there is a quick way to do it from the order summary screen here.

Thanks @vegitt ! This is going to take longer than I thought... apparently you're only allowed to send out 30 coupons a day.

^ indeed, very useful. In most cases, Google corrects the address to the format used by the national postal carrier.

ps I found out today that Brazil does not accept toys via their domestic mail system. Any found - through a random check of CN22/23/etc. - are binned.

Actually no, it was through talking with a Brazilian buyer on Ebay. They asked me to complete the CN22 so that it didn't mention toys and we got talking because I was curious why. Royal Mail's website says:

• Toys, games and sports requisites; parts and accessories thereof

are prohibited to Brazil, which seemingly corroborates what the buyer said.

BUT the UPU guidance doesn't say that all toys are banned, only some niche categories that don't include Lego (page 198 of http://www.upu.int/uploads/tx_sbdownloader/listCustomsProhibitedArticlesEn.pdf if you're interested).

@Hoddie A few days ago I sent a whole set of Friends/Central Perk minifigures to Brazil – and I specifically mentioned Lego Minifigures in the CN22. So, we will see if this is true very soon

@firestar246 unfortunately I also have to do what @vegitt recommended, which is excel magic using the magical countif statement (I use it to send winter greetings via snail mail to regular customers).
