Somehow I have not had anyone request to remove an item from their order until today. Is there a way to do that? They have already paid for the full order and then sent me a note to remove something. Is there a way to do that from my end of theirs?

If you go to the more actions on the order, you can go to the refund option there

But then they would have to order all over again!?

You can refund specific items as opposed to the whole order, which is done from the cancellation form
