Payment method: iDeal

iDeal is the online payment method for many banks in Europe, IBAN. It allows for immediate checkout, same as paypal. I suppose buyers in Europe would expect this payment method.

    Okay, two questions, if you know the answers. Does it have invoicing like PayPal where you can request money from people, so I could simply just add a payment method called "iDeal" for now and you could message buyers telling them how to pay with it?

    Second question, does it have some sort of API like with PayPal so I can fully integrate it? I'm very interested in making international payment methods.

    Webshops supporting iDeal redirect on checkout to a iDeal-website where you can select your bank, and enter bankaccount data and codes to pay, after payment is completed it returns to the webshop.

    How it technically works, I don't know. Here is a site with info, but it is in Dutch:

    Can't find an English site though... is it only a payment method in The Netherlands??
