Has the BO message system been hacked???

Hi, last week I received 2 messages from BrickOwl (sender is [email protected]) which read as follows: "•••Message shortened Open complete message". When I look closely at the message I see a malicious URL: http://mailread-now.securereadpcu.host/
When you click that URL you get this (screen) and that seems extremely suspicious.
What is going on here?
