Payment methods and shipping

I'm getting a message that I don't have enough/right payment methods for those I ship to, states that some may not be able to checkout.

I only want to use non business PayPal payments.

Can anyone tell me who I'm likely to exclude with this single method that the system warns me about, should I upgrade to a business PayPal, would this cure the problem.

I know some countries like Turkey don't allow PayPal payments and I've excluded them from my list of countries I ship to.

This sounds like it might be because you have shipping methods setup for countries you don’t have payment available for. The best thing to do is allow payment from all countries and only use country restrictions on shipping methods.
