If you're not using Bricksync, you need to create your own kind of script to do that import. The main issue is keeping the two inventories in sync, unless you're planning on shutting down your BL store.
I was able to do this... it was two years ago though. The key is to get your data into XML, if memory serves - I think I ended up uploading everything into Bricklink only to use it as a conversion point (I had everything in Brickstock), then downloaded it all to a XML file, then importing that XML file into Brickowl. I then cheerfully killed by Bricklink store, never to be opened again. I don't even buy over there now.
As Emporiosa notes, the above only works for those of us with ZERO intention of selling on BL. If you want to sell on both platforms, Bricksync or a custom script is essential to keeping the inventories in lock step.
