Help to claim from PO for lost item

Hi everyone need a bit of help please. I am trying to claim for an item which has not been delivered. I have a proof of posting but cannot prove the cost of item :-(
They are asking me if I sold it on a Online market place - then they ask me for item number.
Is BO classed as an online market place please and if so what would be the item number.
First time I have ever claimed so would really appreciate the help please

  • Are you the seller or the buyer (I'm assuming the seller as usually only the person shipping can make a claim)? I would send them your invoice that you had sent to the buyer. The item number is referring to the items in the order itself. So yes you could reference BrickOwl and mention you're a seller there, and then with your invoice they have the actual value (also has the buyer's address to prove that it matches).
