    Hey and welcome,
    The Payment Methods depends on the Shop Settings what they offer. There could be Bank transfer (IBAN in Europe), Credit Card (by means of Stripe), sometimes Cash, etc.
    Take a look to the the Shop detail views to see what they offer to you.

    Can you pay using a credit card through PayPal even if you don't have an account?

    No, you cannot. You need any account registered (paypal or stripe) to be able to pay by credit card.
