Could you possibly refine coupon variables?
I would like to generate a coupon code that could be used once per user/member, with a value limt of $** and only apply to parts, this will be my continuing campaign to raise awareness.
Also be nice if you could add a minimum purchase. ie so you could offer free shipping and/or x amount off on higher value orders.
Much appreciated if you could make first one possible.

We need a minimum purchase amount so we can offer free shipping over $xx.xx
Can we also restrict coupons to domestic vs international? Due to the USPS international mail cost, I would need to set a higher minimum purchase in order to offer free shipping than I would for domestic.
