Shipping Band Question

Hello all,

I am working through setting my shipping bands. For example, USPS offers different prices at the same weight levels for shipping to Canada, Mexico, and then other countries. Is it possible for me to set my bands and then through BrickOwl, copy the bands and create a new shipping method?
