Commissions On Cancelled Orders

Quick one guys/girls - just paid my commissions and noticed that I have been charged (and not refunded) for an order which was cancelled due to no paying buyer. In otherwords, the transaction was never completed. Should this be the case ie Brickowl policy?

as far as i know you shouldnt pay for this. maybe @Lawrence could shine some light on this or just email him with your questions.

If you have cancelled the order, there should be a later transaction in your account reversing the original commission charged
