Bricksync error on minifig serie 11 only

I just start to have this error in Bricksync on collectable minifig serie 11 only. They don't show up in my inventory here.Yes i did the owlqueryblid -f col11-8 and same error keep on coming back.Any clue?

    Some lots in BL have to be deleted and readded when this occurs, not sure what causes it but the problem is fixed 95% of the time.

    Before that type the owlqueryblid -f col11-8 into bricksync.

    It say resolve in Bricksync but no serie 11 appear on this site

    I submitted the BLID under the correct listing, however I think you may need to delete the lot in BL and make a new listing for it to sync over.

    Wait 1 day to ensure the BLID is updated in the system before syncing this item again.
